Do you think that IQ tests are more valid for kids than they are for adults?

Note that most kids mature at a different rate intellectually. Your IQ will correlate much better to your biological parents' IQ when you're an adult (~0.8) than it will when you're a kid. It seems to me, in fact, that IQ is less valid before the testee reaches adulthood.
